VACANCY - Office administrator (part time)

Our expanding architectural practice requires an office administrator to assist with the day to day duties. This varied & dual role will include secretarial tasks, greeting visitors & clients, data input and scanning, marketing tasks, preparing fee bids, telephone work, collating/uploading information and general admin assistance with our many interesting architectural projects etc.
The role is office-based in Cheddar, part time (approx 25 hours) Mon-Fri, and there is potential for a successful applicant to develop their skills and transition into further roles as the company expands.
The ideal candidate would have an interest in architecture, live locally in the Cheddar/ Axbridge/ Wedmore area, be reasonably tech savvy with a friendly and outgoing nature. Full training will be provided.
