PRE CONSTRUCTION: As part of the Contract/Design Team, we can handle bid management and provide Contract Administrator duties, coordinating all design team queries from Quantity Surveyors, Consultants & Client representatives.
Contractors Proposals or Tender Submission. Contributions from team members, such as Method Statement’s can be proof read & adjusted to suit.
In drafting submissions, identification of any potential risks is vital so that work secured for the correct value, with all relevant risks identified & allowed for.
During Post Tender Discussions, roles were to justify, & illustrate to the Clients Team in order to resolve clarifications to proceed to the Award of Contract.
However, roles also involve being part of the on site team too ... responsible for coordinating flow of information, including web portals, Sub Contractor & Consultant information, in addition to design & buildability reviews.
SITE MANAGEMENT: On site roles were as either a coordinator, or to assist the assigned coordinator by evaluating the current design. This would involve advising on matters such as Brand Standards or ER’s, Statutory Compliance, DDA & relevant British Standards.
